BE Hub Udaan Programme Structure and Timeline
The BE Hub Udaan accelerator will run for 12 weeks, beginning on November 23, 2026. The programme will be organised into four stages, covering startup validation, product and business development, execution and growth, and preparation for the next phase.
- Stage 1: Discover and Validate
The first stage will focus on clarifying the customer problem, identifying the target market, refining the value proposition and determining the assumptions that need to be tested.
- Stage 2: Build and Strengthen
During this stage, founders will work on improving their products, prototypes or minimum viable products (MVPs), strengthening their business models and developing processes to gather and incorporate customer feedback.
- Stage 3: Execute and Grow
The third stage will focus on go-to-market strategy, acquiring early customers, developing partnerships, generating revenue and identifying key operational priorities.
- Stage 4: Prepare for the Next Stage
The final stage will involve reviewing progress, defining future milestones and preparing for potential partnerships, fundraising discussions or investment evaluation.
The detailed session calendar and milestone expectations will be shared with the startups selected for the first BE Hub Udaan cohort.
Eligibility Criteria for BE Hub Udaan
BE Hub Udaan is open to early-stage founders and founding teams building deep-tech or technology-led startups. Applicants should have a clearly defined customer or industry problem, demonstrate commitment to building their venture and show the potential to develop a sustainable and scalable business.
Applicants should also be willing to participate in programme activities, mentorship sessions and progress reviews.
Startups may apply at different stages of development, including the idea stage, provided they have a credible development plan. Ventures with prototypes, MVPs or operating products are also eligible to apply.
Student founders and first-time entrepreneurs are welcome to apply if they can demonstrate commitment, capability and a credible plan for developing their businesses.
The programme is open to a broad range of technology-led ventures, including those working in SaaS, AI, machine learning (ML), cloud technology, fintech infrastructure, B2B platforms, semiconductors, electronics, advanced materials, enterprise technology and automation.
Final selection will depend on the startup’s fit with the programme, founder commitment, business potential and alignment with the focus of the cohort.
